About Dalton Farms
Edward & Rebecca Dalton are the 7th generation at Dalton Farms LLC in Wakeman, OH. They’re also passing their passion on to the 8th generation – their 3 sons, Isaac, Lucas and Simon. Since taking over the farm, they’ve found a deep passion rooted in one simple goal: grow a healthy and affordable product.
The Daltons focus on raising beef and a variety of row crops, while collaborating with other local farms to supply farm raised meat to their customers like chicken and pork. All of the meat you buy from Dalton Farms, whether raised by them or sourced from other farmers, is raised with a commitment toward simplicity and sustainability.
Our meat never relies on added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics — just high standards, quality husbandry, and a commitment to you, the customers.
About The Meat Barn
Enjoy the most direct “farm to table” shopping experience out there! The Meat Barn, our retail location on our farm in north central Ohio, features Dalton Farms beef along with pork and chicken sourced from highly-trusted local farm partners. All of the meat and related items — like beef tallow for cooking, beef suet, and tallow skin balm — are produced with a high level of care and commitment to our values.

Wednesday, 12-5 PM
Sundays, 12-3 PM
