What do you feed your cattle?

We feed our cattle a balanced diet that consists of the non-GMO corn, hay (a grass) and spelt that we grow right here on our farm. All of this is mixed with an all-vegetable protein pellet to provide the appropriate amount of nutrients.
What percentage is your ground beef?

Our ground beef is naturally 80/20 and full of flavor. Fat is not added or removed from our ground beef. If you are looking for a leaner option, give our ground sirloin a try which is naturally 90/10.

At the time of harvest, we will contact you and review cuts to ensure you get what you want. Don’t worry, we make it easy and can help with any questions you may have.
